“Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.” – Gustav Flaubert
Travelling has always been a joy to me. I love to experience new places, cultures and just take a step out of my day-to-day life. When I lived in the Middle East I always loved coming home, I would look forward to the travelling side of it. I would pack up all my stuff and have every piece of technology I owned in my suitcase. I am one of those people that has to have all my TV programmes loaded and ready to go for the flight.
Moving back to the UK, I promised myself I would travel Europe more. I’ve been trying to jump on a plane for a weekend trip without carry loads of bags with me. A good sized carry on case has been the key to doing this, no waiting for luggage at the other end so you can just get to exploring.
With that in mind, I always try to get a good carry-on case. One that is super easy to use (and wheel around) but also fits everything I need in there. I was lucky enough to try out the Horizn Model M, a super high-tec suitcase that is built to make your travel life a lot easier.
The Horizn M is really spacious so perfect if you are jetting off for a weekend. It has a laptop friendly compartment at the front so you can store your tech, making it is easily accessible throughout your travel experience. I don’t know about you but this immediately made my life easier because all the fuss at security holds me up!
It even features a Horizn Smart Charger, which can charge your mobile phone up to six times. If you get tired of walking around the airport attached to a suitcase, simply click the button and you can remove the charger to have it in your pocket or handbag. Whether it is a long or short haul flight you can have your technology charged and Netflix pre-loaded and ready to watch.
Most importantly, the wheels are so easy to use making it an effortlessly glide through the airport terminal to your gate, what more could you want? Overall, I was pretty impressed with this little travel case. It is perfect for the jet-setter, technology obsessed type.
