Christmas Tea of Dreams: Kettle Shed Gingerbread Tea *

Hey Everyone,

It is December so get ready for not only a post everyday but A LOT of Christmas content. I absolutely love this time of year and being english, obviously, I love tea. Kettle Shed is a brand I have used before for tea so when they got in contact about their new launches I just had to see what it was all about. They have released two new teas this year which are bound to get you in the festive mood.

Gingerbread Tea

I am a huge gingerbread fan so I was super excited to try this tea.

Ingredients
  • Rooibos
  • Ginger
  • Vanilla
Thoughts

I actually really liked this tea – i’m not a huge fan of ginger. I know very weird especially when I love gingerbread. However, all the flavours compliment each other really well and are balanced to get the perfect flavour. This is a great tea mohave mid-day when you fancy a snack but don’t want to consume the calories.

Eggnog Tea

Ingredients
  • Rooibos
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon
Thoughts

This was the one I wasn’t really fussed about but I was curious to see what it tasted like. I was wrong I actually really liked this one – just as much as the gingerbread one. It smells like christmas when you open it and it almost has a warming flavour due to the spices.

What do you think would you try this?

That’s it from me…

Love

A little bit about Kettle Shed

The Kettle Shed is a start up loose leaf tea company based in London that has a passion for great tasting tea. All of the teas are uniquely blended, sustainably sourced cardboard is used for all the packaging and the teabags are 100% biodegradable and suitable for composting.

In addition to selling popular teas, The Kettle Shed works closely with social initiatives. Every time someone buys a box of tea or fuso bags, tea is donated directly to homeless shelters across the UK. The Kettle Shed has also recently started supplying Second Shot Coffee, a social enterprise café that is staffed by formerly homeless individuals. All profits from the café are use to give those members of staff training and one-to-one support to get them back into secure employment.
