Throughout January I took part in Adrienne’s 30 days of yoga. As someone who only did yoga once or twice before this, I wanted to share my experience.
Obviously my body clearly changed, I felt toned and was visibly slimmer. I’m not one of those people who goes to the gym everyday so this made me feel amazing in the comfort of my own lounge. This was in line with my new sugar-free lifestyle as well so i can’t put it all down to yoga but I do believe this was a large part of it.
I saw a massive difference I felt less stressed just by taking 20 minutes or so out of my sometimes hectic lifestyle to regroup. I felt like I had so much more energy and since I have stopped doing yoga everyday I can feel the difference in my energy levels.
I have just started another 31 day challenge with Adrienne. I’m sure I will do a more detailed post if I see any dramatic changes but at the moment I am just loving having a few moments to myself each day
