1Rebel have recently opened a new location in Victoria. Unlike the others this location is dedicated to Ride.
Ride is essentially what most gyms call spin. That type of exercise that is fast-paced and gets your legs burning. You walk out of this class feeling totally energised but also totally exhausted.
It is a great class if you are going to stick with it. Doing the odd class won’t make a whole lot of difference but stick with it and i’m sure it’ll show. I tend to mix up these types of classes with Pilates and yoga to balance out my workouts.
Pscyle will always be my first love when it comes to spin but this 1Rebel class does give a pretty good burn too.
